Welcome to DiscNotify. By using our application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

DiscNotify is a price tracking tool. We monitor third-party e-commerce sites on your behalf to track prices. We do not sell products; we only provide price monitoring and notifications.

2. Account Types and Limits

• Free Plan: Limited to 10 product links. Contains advertisements.
• Premium Plan ($0.99/mo): Unlimited product links. No advertisements.
• Business Plans ($39.99 - $99.99/mo): Allows businesses to post advertising content (Stories) within the app.

3. Cashback System

If you make purchases through DiscNotify on our partnered e-commerce sites, a percentage of your spending may be returned to you as cashback. The minimum payout limit is $20. Cashback is credited according to our internal calculation and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

4. Influencer Program

Users can participate as influencers to earn rewards. Features include:

• Tracking your followers.
• Sharing posts and stories.
• Gaining earnings based on engagement.

5. Business User Responsibilities

Business users are responsible for content posted in "Stories" or advertisements. Prohibited content includes illegal goods, offensive material, or deceptive marketing. DiscNotify reserves the right to remove violating content without refund.

6. Pricing Accuracy

DiscNotify strives for accurate price tracking but is not liable for differences between app-reported prices and final checkout prices on third-party platforms.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Subscription payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds follow their policies. DiscNotify does not directly handle refunds.

8. Liability

DiscNotify services are provided "as-is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

Updated terms are posted here with the last updated date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
